PAL provides instructional programs for baseball, softball, and T-ball for boys and girls ages 4 to 14 years old. T-ball is a co-ed sport available to children ages 4 to 6 years old. Baseball is available for boys ages 7 to 14 years old. Softball is available to girls ages 7 to 14 years old. Registration for T-ball, Baseball, and Softball begins January 1st of each year.
